I have Outlook set up to show a notification when an email message arrives. The notification shows, but there are two problems:. Kindly answer the following questions: Since when have you been experiencing this issue? Were there any changes made on your device prior to this? When clicking the notification, are you getting an error message?

If so, kindly provide us the error message? May we know the OS Name, build, and version of your device? For more information on how to get this, see this article.

Can you also provide the build and version of the Office application that you're using? Do you also experience this kind of issue when opening notifications from other applications? If so, there is a possibility that this issue is related with a corrupted user profile.

In reply to Kris Ver's post on December 20, I have experienced this issue for the last couple of months, I'd say. There is no error message. Occasionally clicking on the notification does open the email message, but most times it does not. I'm running Windows 10 Pro, version , build Outlook is part of Office Professional Plus , version , build I haven't seen the problem with other applications.
